Soshin’s unique LTCC (Low Temperature Co-fired Ceramic) material and process technology are ideal for applications that require small size, high power handling capability, and superior temperature stability. The HGC Series of directional couplers, baluns, 90 degree hybrid quads and asymmetrical couplers find use in high power amplifier and signal distribution applications. The HGC series couplers are offered in 4 different sizes and are cable of handling power levels up to 350 watts.
Soshin’s HGC series couplers are RoHS compliant.
