Yantel Corporation, founded in July, 2004, is a national Hi-tech enterprise started by RF experts returning from abroad. We own advanced key patented technologies for microwave passive components and for the IC design Technology of MMIC and MIC. So far Yantel holds over thirty international invention patents in fields of RF semiconductor components and IC chips, dozens of which are patented in US, Europe and China.Among the inventions,Temperature Compensation Attenuator has been granted with 3 US patents and another 4 international invention patents in Europe, China, korea and Taiwan.
Yantel’s project Temperature Compensation Attenuator has successfully passed the acceptance inspection by Shenzhen Science and Technology Program Office. RF Miniature Wideband Variable Attenuator was selected into the Innovation Program of 2008 by National Ministry of Science and Technology. Another honor is Yantel was awarded the prize 2008 Outstanding Enterprise with Intellectual Property by Intellectual Property office in Shenzhen,China.
Yantel is well equipped with advanced manufacturing facilities for chips and components as well as excellent RF test equipment like network analyzer. We provide high-reliability and good repeatability products assured by years of experience, know-how of manufacturing and complete production process.
